Board and Governance

Board director and executive leader with experience supporting organizations through growth, governance, and strategic decision making.

Helping Organizations Navigate Growth and Strategic Decisions

Boards play an important role in helping organizations navigate growth, complexity, and long-term decisions. I bring more than 25 years of executive leadership experience in the medical technology industry to board service, along with a global perspective and practical operating experience.

Throughout my career, I have worked closely with executive teams, investors, and cross-functional leaders to scale organizations, expand into new markets, and translate strategy into execution. That experience shapes how I contribute in the boardroom. I focus on offering practical perspective, asking thoughtful questions, and supporting leadership teams as they work through important decisions. My approach to leadership and governance is grounded in principles of integrity, accountability, and supporting others, themes I explore in my book, The Mensch Method: Achieving Success Through Character in Life and Business.

Board & Governance Experience

I currently serve as a Board Director at CereNex Medical, a medical technology company focused on advancing treatment options for patients with neurological conditions.
