In my most recent corporate chapter, I invested 12 rewarding years at a global medical technology company with over 3,000 employees, revenues exceeding $550 million, and an 18% Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) during my tenure. As Senior Vice President, I led a dynamic team of 70 professionals across sales, marketing, technical, and clinical disciplines, driving strategic initiatives that significantly contributed to the company’s growth and innovation.
At the heart of my passion lies the cultivation of high-performing and positive cultures, as well as empowering individuals to thrive as authentic leaders and live their fullest life. Beyond my professional endeavors, I actively contribute to the growth and development of entrepreneurs, students, and community leaders through my volunteer work with various programs.
My educational background includes an MBA from the University of California, Irvine, a BS in Biomedical Engineering from Boston University, and certifications in Executive Coaching and Corporate Governance. I’ve also successfully completed the Venture Capital Executive Program at The Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.
I cherish moments spent with my wonderful wife, our two terrific teenage children, and our beloved five-year-old golden doodle. I am also very grateful for my mother, family, friends, and strangers who showed up to help me and my family after the life of my father was taken by an armed robber at his pharmacy store on a quiet Sunday morning in a small town in western Massachusetts when I was four years old.
